Please visit our home page and put your code into the box that says “Already have a Purchase Code?” After you click “Submit” you will fill out your contact details and then you will be taken to a page where you can download all audio and written materials immediately. TOP

» If I buy Business English Now from your store, how will I receive the product?
Visit our store to buy Business English Now. After your payment has been accepted, you will see a "Download" button on the confirmation page. Click on "Download" to save to your computer the file that has 1) the written transcript, 2) the guidelines for how to use the service, and 3) the written Flash Cards. The audio (MP3) files are too large to put on our Yahoo store so we will send you an email within 24 hours with instructions on how to download the audio files from our server. TOP

One of the best ways to prepare for the TOEIC is to immerse yourself in real-life English, particularly business English. This is what you will do with the advanced dialogues and exercises of Business English Now. By following our guidelines you can improve your listening comprehension, vocabulary (particulary business), understanding and use of idioms ... all very valuable for a high score on the TOEIC exam. » How large are the MP3 files if I choose electronic delivery? How large are the pdf files of the written materials?
The 2.5 hour program is divided into two (2) audio files (we call them CD1 and CD2). Each file is about 70MB. The transcript and other written materials (in PDF format) are less than 5MB. If you have a high speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or T1 connection) you will be able to download each audio file in about 5 minutes (usually 3-10 minutes depending on the exact speed). If you do not have a high speed internet connection your download time for each CD will be a long, long time. TOP

» How can I listen to the audio program?
After you download the MP3 files you can 1) listen to them on your computer, 2) download them to your iPod® or other MP3 player, or 3) create audio CDs to listen in your car or home stereo (or any CD player). When you download the program we give you instructions on how to create your own CDs. TOP

» Can I order a “hard copy” (physical CDs and book) of the program and receive it by mail or via courier?
At this time we offer only an electronic (downloadable) version of the program. We find that most of our customers prefer immediate electronic delivery. Of course, you can burn/create your own CDs and print the transcript and flash cards. TOP

» Does the transcript provide translation to my native language?
The transcript provides you with every word that is in the audio program. It is not translated into your native language.  However, each transcript comes with footnotes (explanations) in "easy to understand" English so that you can understand the more difficult words and phrases. The footnotes will be available in other languages based on customer demand. TOP
